RETURNS/REFUNDS
In the event that your goods are faulty please send an email to
[email protected] to let me know that you will be returning the item and the reason for return. Please then return your item to our address which i will email on request . I will refund the cost of the item and the postage charge. We do not expect you to return items by recorded delivery but would advise you to obtain a proof of posting certificate in the event that returned goods do not reach me

MAKING A PURCHASE
By making a purchase on the Handmade Treasures website you enter into a contract and payment is requested at the time of purchase. We accept all major Debit/Credit cards which are processed securely by PAYPAL. Card details are NOT stored and they cannot be viewed by Handmade Treasures. All prices shown are in (£'s) sterling and we reserve the right to alter these at any time.

HEALTH & SAFETY
(Gifts for children under the age of 3 years should be supervised as all my items contain small parts
Please note - All items are designed as/and for use as costume jewellery, please be aware that they will tarnish/diminish with wear and tear over time.
Please keep all items away from harsh cleaning substances)
